Yesterdays dinner



We were supposed to have a busy weekend with 2 big big dinners but then everybody cancled .... we still did the home made gyoza a la umi and caramelized tuna ( skipt the dessert though, what a mistake). Today we go for a simple pizza margarita though.
They don't only look delicious they are!

The menu

oysters

As starters we had oysters of course :-)

macarel terrine

Followed by an outstanding mackerel terrine

seleriac soup

and a fantastic light celeriac soup with red onions and cavalo nero

ravioli

Next came Ingredienza ravioli with walnuts and orange filling.

Main course was a mixed salad with beetroot, Roquefort and ...

lobster

chargrilled lobster tails

profiterolles

For pudding we had profiteroles.
